Balsamic & Strawberries
1 cup strawberries, cleaned and green tops removed
1 – 2 Tablespoon sugar
2 – 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 – 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Cut smaller berries in half and larger berries in quarters.
Toss with sugar.
Stir in the balsamic vinegar.
Grind fresh black pepper over strawberries.
Chill at least one hour prior to serving.
