So simple; so good.
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup crushed pretzels, more or less
Place the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and water into a microwave safe bowl.
Place the bowl into the microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture and return to microwave.
Heat in the microwave 10 – 15 second. Remove and stir. Repeat until the chips are melted.
Once the chips are melted add the crushed pretzels and stir into mixture.
Place the mixture into a wax paper lined pan. Use your own judgement regarding pan size. Smaller pans yield taller pieces, while the large pans will yield shorter pieces.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
When firm, cut into pieces and enjoy.
Notes: Since chocolate can easily burn use short heating times. Always stir as chocolate maintains its shape as it is melting. As time passes the pretzels will begin to lose their crunch.
